| Both crews were warned along the Island, but thereafter TSS & Leander pulled ahead and never looked threatened | A hard fought race. Ukrainen took an early lead, but could never build it further than ½ length, and at Fawley Ukraine appeared to falter briefly and Poland went through. Uklraine pushed again at the 1? post but could do no more, and they strayed off station past the progress board |
